At RJB Health Coaching we help athletes reach their pinnacle in life, health, and sport by applying ancestral principals to all aspect of life and training. Our distant Paleo ancestors were drastically more healthy than us but certainly were not running marathons, doing triathlons, or doing 24 hour obstacle course races. They also weren’t working a full time job, while balancing family life and training. It is quite obvious that the two goals, being healthy and being a hard charging athlete, are in contrast to each other in many ways. It can be hard to balance the two, and athletes often can dig themselves into a hole trying too.

As your health coach I will work with your to decide what we can improve in your life to help you achieve your individual goals. Before your initial consultation, we will send you a detailed questionnaire to fill out so we can learn more about you and also make our first meeting as productive as possible. Our initial consultation with you will give you an opportunity to learn more about the services we provide and also answer any questions you may have. By the end of the consultation we will give you a recommendation of which service(s) might fit you best and you can decide how to proceed.
