Weekly Fitness Tip

The boys at Mind Pump continue to give away great free content.  Here is a complete sample workout from their Maps Anywhere program.  I personally own this program and have used it a fair amount.  It is perfect for when you need a quick workout with minimal equipment, all you need is a stick and bands, most of it is body weight.  Try out this workout!  Let me know what you think!
